The fees apply to scheduled and non-scheduled passenger airline flights. General aviation flights are serviced by Midlantic and should call that company (609-383-3993 or 800-633-4211) for fees.

Definitions      
Signatory Airline- An airline that has signed a lease for a minimum of 500 square feet for a period of at least one year and operates a minimum of 24 flights per week (includes inbound and outbound) with a minimum of 432 seats available per week.

Landing - any landing at the Airport by an aircraft, but does not include a landing by an aircraft that returns to the airport because of weather, mechanical, operational, or other emergency or precautionary reasons.
